INSTRUCTION AND ADDITIONAL INFO

AN OVERVIEW

1.Competition Flow:

1.1)The timing and schedule will be updated soon on the cubenama Website. 

1.2)Join our Discord server for live updates and follow our Instagram account for live streams.

1.3)When the competition starts head over to cubenama.com and click on Online Competitions

1.4)Once a round open you will be able to view the scrambles and enter times in the compete section. The rounds are password protected and the password will appear as the round starts.

1.5)Scramble your cube using the provided scramble sequence.

1.6)You can time your solves with a stackmat or any other timer such as cstimer.net 

1.7)Participants have to adhere to the WCA inspection and must cover the cube before inspection.

1.8)Enter your time in the following format ss.cc (Eg. 11.34) for a sub 1 min solve and as m:ss.cc (Eg. 1:23.12) for a solve above 1 minute.

1.9)After everyone is done the results will be uploaded on our website.
1.10)For 3×3 Finals we will be following a head to head format and will be live streaming on our Instagram.
1.11)Incase there is an issue with the website, The scrambles can be found and entered on the google forms uploaded on our facebook page.

 
2.Podium Requirement:

2.1)Finalists who wish to podium need to submit a video proof of the following:

      2.1.1)Opening the scrambles (Entering the password)

      2.1.2)All the solves

      2.1.3)Score entry

2.2)The video must be a single uncut footage.

2.3)We will contact anyone who podiums to get the video for verification purposes( Exception for 3×3, 2×2 and Pyraminx)

2.4)Everyone who Qualifies for 3×3, Pyraminx and 2×2 Round 2 need to submit videos of their Round 1 solve.

2.5)The Video proof can be uploaded on YouTube or Google drive and the link can be uploaded on our website in the compete section

 
3.Play fair and have fun:
This competition can lay down the foundation for online competitions in India. Although its very easy to cheat we ask you to compete fairly. Lets have a fair and fun competition. 
 
Note: By competing, you allow Cubenama and Leave Your Mark Foundation to edit and repost any videos you submit without any further competition.

Cubing At Home is not an official WCA Competition. All results are unofficial and are not tracked or recognized by the WCA
 
We recommend that you follow WCA Regulations as close as possible. This means that you may not listen to music while solving.
 

You are registered for all events, if you plan on not competing in an event then just don’t enter results for it.

You only need to film to claim a prize for podiuming or making it into Finals (Top 12)! If you don’t think you will podium or make finals then there is no need to film

We recommend using a stackmat to time solves but you can feel free to use any website or app to keep track of time. To keep track of inspection you can use built in app or timer features on your timer. We recommend, CS timer for desktop/laptop and Plus timer for mobile, enable inspection feature to get the inspection time.
 

We require competitors to know how to scramble events they compete in. If you do not know how to scramble an event, please make sure to learn it.

The password for each event will be displayed in the schedule 5 minutes before the event. You will have to enter this password for the ongoing event in the “Compete Page” to unlock the scrambles and enter your timings.
